Fees
Private Pay Rate
My fee is $150 per 55-minute session.
Accepted Forms of Payment
I accept payment via debit or credit card, and HSA or FSA card.
Please feel free to speak to me about my rate. I can usually come up with an arrangement that works for you. If I can’t accommodate your financial situation, I can try my best to refer you to other therapists.
Insurance
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, Aetna, and United Health Care/Optum
Out-of-Network Billing
I am considered an out-of-network provider for insurances not listed above. If you receive out of network benefits from your insurance carrier, I can provide you with a “superbill,”which is a receipt that includes the necessary information for you to request reimbursement from your insurance company if applicable.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
